I am a brand and design research specialist, passionated about consumer insight building and nurturing brands
Since starting out in research in 2002 (then as a trained ethnographer) my experience has spanned the entire brand journey - from innovation, NPD and branding, through to the challenges of inspiring design planning and efficient design development
I enjoy strategic challenges, untangling the complex relationship consumers have with brands, unearthing underlying consumer insights and then unlock what it takes to create great visual brand identities

As part of the strategy I often advise on brand / design positioning, the role of different design touch points across the marketing mix, semiotic meaning / trends and NPD / innovation opportunities
