About me
Cece Wyldeck is a music creative director working at the intersection of culture, artists, and brands. She is currently EMEA Director of Creative Development at MassiveMusic in Amsterdam, where she connects advertising agencies, production companies, artists, and global brands to create culturally relevant music-driven work.
With a career spanning artist management, publishing, and music strategy, Cece began in the artist world as an artist in her own band before moving into brand storytelling. She previously worked at DoveLady, the publishing and artist development company founded by Paloma Faith, where she managed and developed artists including Liam Bailey, Viktoria Modesta, John Martin and Michel Zitron.
Today, she works with some of the world's leading brands including Nike, Coca‑Cola, Adidas, Heineken, Samsung, Netflix, Ray‑Ban, and Qatar Airways, shaping music for advertising, broadcast, fashion, and immersive experiences.
Cece's own musical roots began early, singing in choir and performing before forming the dark folk-rock band Wyldeck in London, where she wrote songs, sang, and played guitar. This foundation continues to influence her approach to music supervision and sonic branding, bridging authentic artist culture with commercial storytelling.
She is a frequent industry juror and speaker, including serving on the Clio Awards jury and as Jury President for Music & Sound at the The One Show 2026. Her work focuses on keeping music in advertising culturally relevant, diverse, and artist-driven.
