About me

I am currently working as a Digital Production Artist & Head of Telesales/Consultants for a Photographic Studio. Responsible for the retouching and art-working of all customer orders; the production cost of the business; the quality of work submitted to our main lab, and the quality of products handed over to the customer; the time taken from order to the customer. Maintain the studio production ratio against monthly sales. Work along side photographers and sales staff, to clarify additional artwork that may be required. Ensuring images that are submitted to our main lab is of the required format. Maintain logs, databases to monitor and track the submission and return of work, and provide written reports regarding key performance indicators and issues arising in production. I have recently taken over as Head of Telesales and Consultants. Ensure targets are achieved and maintained. Making sure an adequate number of leads are being converted into sales and that there is enthusiasm throughout the process. Provide cross-training and coaching to maximize each sales channel coming into the business. I enjoy working in this fast-paced environment. I get a great deal of satisfaction from the sense of pressure. I am looking for something new, and more demanding, something that will require me to push myself further. I am in need of a more challenging role and working environment, one where I can apply myself further.
