Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to apply for the womenswear design position that you currently have advertised.

I would love to apply for this job, as I feel it really suits my style of design. I am currently based in Romsey, Hampshire and work for a trend forcasting service as a Garment Designer, as well as working on a freelance basis in my spare time.

I have just under 5 years experience of working within the industry, so have strong skills within Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop. As well as a strong understanding of garment construction, creating technical specifications and working with factories abroad. I feel that I could bring these experiences and skills to the design team.
