About me
I recently joined The MISSION Group in the newly created role of Group Marketing Director. In doing so I assumed responsibility for accelerating growth across both The MISSION Group and krow. krow employs 200 people across four offices in London, Norwich, Leicester and Belfast. The MISSION Group has a strong portfolio of agency brands, which include Bray Leino, Chapter, Speed, Mongoose and Story.
Most recently I was CMO at Dentsu-owned gyro on a consultancy basis where I oversaw a successful new business programme, which helped the agency win a number of big accounts including Fujitsu, Condeco, Syngenta, and Kaspersky's global media.
Prior to this I was the Chief Growth Officer at Cheil, responsible for business growth across Europe. I was also part of the new management team helping drive transformation across Cheil. Whilst there I oversaw a successful new business drive that led to the agency winning Etihad Airways, LEGO, BetVictor, Nestlé and the Women's Equality Party.
Before joining Cheil, I was Chief Marketing Officer at Grey for seven years where I earned a reputation for driving new business after landing 68 accounts during my tenure. During my time at Grey, the agency became a force to be reckoned with, winning accounts such as GSK, Vodafone UK, HSBC, and Ribena globally and becoming the most effective and creative agency in the country, winning IPA Effectiveness Agency of the Year, Adweek's global Agency of the Year and getting named D&AD's most awarded agency in the UK. After becoming Campaign's Network of the Year, Agency of the Year runner up and scoring an excellent 8 in Campaign's School Report three years in a row, this is how Campaign described Grey's turnaround during my time there: "With lots of money coming in and tremendous creative work going out, Grey has completed a remarkable transformation many in the industry thought unimaginable only a few years ago."
I'm a member of WACL, was one of Creative Pool's Top 100 Global Influencers of the Year 2019 and regularly feature in Campaign's A-List. I'm also a Campaign and IPA Women of Tomorrow Finalist, was on the Board for the Marketing Agencies Association and headed their New Business Group for two years, sat on the IPA New Business Group for five years and have just been named as one of the finalists on the inaugural 40 over Forty list set up to prove that in an industry obsessed with youth, experience and hence diversity matters.
