About me
I have extensive experience as a proof-reader and copy editor in a variety of fields, and in page layout. I have experience of using both InDesign and QuarkXpress.
I particularly enjoy the minutiae of working with text, to ensure accuracy in the finished product, and will always check facts rather than assume I know something is correct. Attention to detail is my modus operandi.
I completed a two-year contract as part of a games packaging production team in 2017, during which time I learned about quality assurance and the legal necessities of that, as well as getting my hands on the text of questions in Trivial Pursuit.
Since 2017, I have been working as a copy editor on high-level publications for a fast-growing company that provides textbooks, magazines, insight, news, data, etc. for people in the legal profession working in dozens of areas of international business law.
