About me

In 2006 I completed my Bachelor of Communication Design degree with First Class Honours at the National School of Design at Swinburne University, Melbourne. Concurrent with my degree and including a full time industry based learning year I have spent three and a half years with Fabio Ongarato Design. The time I spent with Fabio Ongarato was an

invaluable insight into the truths of working in a studio environment and has cultivated my passion for the creative process. As well as these things it has allowed me to nurture my love of graphic design as well as the arts, film and architecture, avenues in which I keenly immerse myself in.

The work I personally undertook was diverse and all-encompassing with roles such as creating and maintain their entire archive system through to design from concept to completion. After graduating from my degree in November 2006 I resumed a full-time position within the studio taking on the brief of designing the Fabio Ongarato Design book,

a reflection of the last ten years of design projects created within the studio.

I believe I have a thorough understanding of both design principles and the creative industry but am keen to keep broadening these experiences. I am self-inspired and motivated in working from initial concept through to final design and am a confident and enthusiastic part of a collaborative team. My fever for furthering my sense of design

has lead me to London for its rich and diverse design culture.
