Caroline Smith is Luxury Group CMO for Regent Seven Seas Cruises & Oceania Cruises. She joined the company in 2015 and advanced through various leadership roles, becoming Vice President of Global Marketing in 2021 and Managing Director, International, in 2022.
In her current role, Caroline is responsible for shaping the brand vision & portfolio strategy, driving brand demand for commercial growth, and maximizing return on marketing investment through advanced analytics and performance optimization. She oversees the global marketing strategy for traditional and digital paid media, direct mail, email, public relations, communications, social, e-commerce, sponsorships, and partnerships.

Her background includes senior roles in brand licensing and global brand management, developing and marketing some of the world's most iconic consumer products.
