After a 15 year career in category/ marketing in FMCG, I made a career change in 2002 and since then have been at Stopgap helping others to find roles in marketing. I am now responsible for leading a team of consultants specialising in retail/ leisure and I personally look after senior/ executive level recruitment across both permanent and interim in those sectors.

Specialities: senior/ executive level permanent and interim recruitment on exclusive & retained as well as bespoke marketing talent recruitment projects for the full marketing mix from brand, communications, advertising, local marketing, online marketing, digital, ecommerce, category, partnerships, channel, trade, research, insights, PR, CRM, DM.
