Dear Sir/Madam,

In response to the advert at the Indeed website for the Ecommerce Operations Manager role, I am enclosing my CV. I am passionate about internet and technology and it would be a brilliant opportunity to be part of an innovative organization. Having read the objective and description of the role I am interested and would be effective in this role. With my proven track record in the successful management of an operations portfolio and project management, I am confident I can I step right in and manage the project life cycle and coordinate support to enable seamless delivery according to target. In a similar role I coordinated the cross functional delivery of projects ensuring effective management of resources and relationships with business units and clients. In addition I have hands-on experience in developing the concept and vision of a website and taking a lead role in the selection of vendors. With excellent project management and organizational skills I was able to turn around poor performance to producing growth - 30% in the first year and a significant increase of 100% in the second year.

Also, I influenced aspirations of the team by setting up people for success through staff development programme which includes mentoring and coaching and for creating value on the core services at the individual level. In addition, I introduced a data driven culture and a risk based rollout of programmes. I excel in analytical and system thinking environment. My strengths are team management, taking initiative, developing ideas and team work including putting in extra mile to support the organization as it develops. I am a skilled networker with the credibility to operate effectively at all levels. In a similar capacity I developed synergistic relationships to create awareness and build traction behind our projects which were pivotal in strengthening institutional leadership within the sector. I am confident I will be a strong support to the team in developing a strategic plan, analysing online product demand and then launch quickly with targeted niche market, and implementing new processes and approaches to support it, and promote the values within the organisation and externally.
