In Peru, 1 out of 4 children work and over 1 million of them spend their time on the streets instead of in school. Unfortunately, this really is not newsworthy for Peruvians anymore.
We decided to give child labor a voice by using the least expected media: Movistar’s interactive voice response system.
We replaced the call center automatic machine voice with the voices of child workers.
