About me

I currently work for an Architectural Practice in West Sussex. I started four and a half years ago in a secretarial position, but through my interest in design, have developed my position into a more creative role.

My current position includes the following duties:

Design and creation of marketing, advertising and promotional literature

Completion of Pre Qualification Questionnaire and Submissions on a regular basis to tight deadlines.

The arrangement of marketing events and exhibitions including exhibition stand design,

sourcing appropriate materials, suppliers and printers.

Production of letters, documents and reports relating to Bids and Marketing

Pa duties and administrative support to ten strong architectural team.

As my interest in design developed, I decided that I would like to forward my career by starting a part time graphic design course, where my final year is due to complete in June 07.

I now seek a position within a company, where I will have more opportunities to be creative, somewhere I can learn from colleagues and have the opportunity to develop ideas. This may be in a junior designer role, marketing support or administration based - I believe I can learn allot just from working for the right environment.

I am very keen, quick to learn, have a good eye for details and work very well as part of a team but also thrive on the responsibility of working on my own.
