About me

I am a highly motivated and creative person who is looking for a new challenge in the next step of my career. I have always enjoyed working with computers and visual/audio programs whether it is in a creative or technical capacity.

I have a good work ethic, a firm grasp of time keeping and I can handle multiple tasks on a daily basis, competently working well under pressure. I am a friendly outgoing person who is computer literate on Mac and PC and can work equally as well independently or as part of a larger team.

I am a conscientious person who always tries to keep up to date with changes in technology and this helped me to win the Student of the year award whilst I was at college.

At college I studied Multimedia. The course consisted of 18 individual modules that included; Image manipulation, Website, Stamp, Book Cover, Leaflet and Packaging Design, Photography and Typography. I passed all modules with a Distinction grade and became the first person in the history of the course to do so.

I graduated from the University of Wolverhampton where I studied Animation at the school of Art and Design, so I know all about working to deadlines, managing multiple projects at once and I also have a good knowledge of 2D art production, Stop Motion, 3D modelling, Story boarding and Video/Sound editing.

I am competent in a wide range of computer software including Maya, Photoshop, Flash, In Design, Powerpoint, Illustrator, After Effects, Final Cut Pro and Premiere and in the past I have used Dreamweaver, Director, Sony Vegas, Cinema 4D and Coral Paint.

Sector Experience

Whist at university I created an on line Flash based Animation for a local car company.

Awards

I graduated from Sandwell college with a (DDD) BTEc in Multimedia., I graduated from The University of Wolverhampton with a BA Hons 2:1 in Animation., I won the Photography and Media Student of the year award (2008) Sandwell college.
