About me

I have a few new skill sets being a Collections Agent and a Training Adviser at my previous jobs, I am looking to increase my knowledge and is ready for my next exciting career venture.

I have currently been appointed Collections Supervisor at The Good Guys and I'm looking forward to the challenge this position will offer me.

I have excellent communication skills, exceptional customer service and a natural drive to challenge myself to exceed all expectations and strive for excellence. I am a natural positive motivator which can go along way.

I implement the knowledge of my social service skills into any day to day tasks not only for myself, to my staff and also to customers. Listening, understanding, compromising and effectively resolving is what I believe in doing, not only in my professional career but I also carry that in my personal life.
