I'm the Executive Creative Director for LEGOLAND Resorts and LEGO Discovery Centres within Merlin Entertainments, and have more than 3 decades of experience creating Resort Theme Parks.

I enjoy creating compelling experiences & fabulous memories for our guests, supporting high business returns on investments, driving and inspiring innovation and strong brand representation, as well as leading and empowering my team to grow and be their best selves.
