My knowledge in various fields of the hospitality industry has made me a well rounded and intuitive individual with the added balance of my more recent corporate profile. By combining the experience gained in running top class restaurants (dealing with general management; including recruitment, training, appraisals, diplomatic co-ordination between high powered individuals, banking, budgets, payroll and all building maintenance), with my reception management and related corporate client facing skills, I have the capability to apply myself to any given opportunity with competence and enthusiasm.My organisational skills, efficiency and proactive approach have enabled me to manage teams of people and co-ordinate high profile events. I am able to work independently, or as part of a team and have a strong work ethic, always leading by example.
