About me

My role as a Cellar Manager has taught me valuable leadership skills and how to cope with responsibility.

Whist working for Strawberry Moon, I had to manage more then six people at a time for which I had to allocate jobs to my staff and supervise them throughout my shift.

I am a very hard worker and I have very good time keeping skills both of which I ensured that my team knew were important qualities to have and qualities that I wanted them to stick to.

Not only did I learn how to effectively manage a team but I also im- proved my teamwork skills greatly as you need the team around you to be able to work well together in order to get the job done in a quick and efficient manner.

I take constructive criticism well and always give a 100% in everything I do.

I am always eager to lend a hand and learn new things a prime example would be when I worked for DHL Sainsburys where I obtained my NVQ Level 2.

Taking this role not only will I be able to gain new skills but I believe that the skills I have learnt during my management role will be of great benefit to your company.
