As Design Lead at Fizzco, I secured our largest contract ever by driving a unique approach to tenders and seasonal lighting. My keen eye for design and presentation was praised by the client, directly contributing to the win.
Beyond design expertise, I'm a hands-on leader managing projects from concept to completion. I collaborate with suppliers, create proposals, and operate high-access machinery for installations. I championed the adoption of 3D technology, including building a Matterport 360 service to enhance our design process which all lead to me being awarded Lincolnshire 30 Under 30. Previously, I revitalized and modernized Fizzco's brands, built a comprehensive marketing toolkit, and mentored junior designers.
My background includes roles as a Creative Designer for an exhibition and events company, working on major British sporting events and international projects. The fast-paced events industry honed my ability to meet tight deadlines. I've also managed projects specializing in 3D CAD modelling for a furniture company and undertaken varied freelance work.
