About me

I am a senior designer with over 20 years of multi-disciplinary experience in design.
Throughout my career in the design industry, I have grown to become an advocate for using design to build tools and products that have a real impact, focusing on user-centric design that is inclusive, empathetic, and engaging.
I have worked across numerous projects, for both small and large organisations, across a varied range of disciplines. Designing and creating organisational processes, strategies and products and applying the same design process for each; comprehensively educating myself about the space I am working in, analysing what is most important to solve, who might use the tool, and what benefits it could provide and then build on these to design and implement a solution that adds value both for the end user and the business needs.
