About me

I am a highly experienced
designer and artworker. From working in house in the music industry to
working at advertising agencies and freelancing at small design
agencies, I have experience with many types of marketing and design
strategies as well as methods of organization and planning.

At EMI Music, I artworked and
designed CD and vinyl packaging, POS, advertisements, html e-mailers
and online marketing as well as worked with musicians, management,
project managers, designers and illustrators to develop creative
marketing solutions. At Baber Smith, I designed layouts for brochures,
magazines, direct mail and outdoor ads. I did conceptualization for
ads, wrote copy for advertisements and did extensive picture research.
At TBWA, adhering to strict brand guidelines, I worked with art
directors to design layouts for direct marketing and printed adverts to
outdoor campaigns. As a freelancer, I worked on designing entire books
to designing marketing materials for conferences and festivals.
Finally, amidst my more print heavy roles, I have worked on becoming
savvy at web design. So, in addition to using all the normal print
software, I am also capable of designing for the web and maintaining
web sites. Finally, I speak and write English and Spanish
fluently.
