Hello,

I am a Canadian business graduate with a specialization in marketing and work experience in online marketing. I completed my most recent work term at Well, an online retailer in Toronto, which has prepared me for success as your e-Commerce Assistant.

In my previous marketing position I dealt with a wide variety of roles, from online marketing campaigns to affiliate management. Some of my responsibilities consisted of monitoring CTR on our emails and creating weekly reports using Google Analytics. As part of the marketing team I would look at what may have affected these rates; size, location on the email, timing, or pairings with other promotions. I have extensive experience with Excel and understand many different aspects of SEO. I have assisted with Google AdWords, Facebook advertising campaigns, and A/B testing to optimize marketing effectiveness.

I have also managed events, having direct customer interface, and used my interpersonal skills to create a connection between the customer and the brand. I am enthusiastic, high-energy and love collaborating with other people.
