I'm a photo producer with seven years of experience managing large scale projects in editorial and commercial production. I feel lucky to have found a career that lets me express both my creativity and my well-honed (okay, obsessive) organizational skills. I love a checklist. I love details. I love problem solving. But mostly, I am passionate about collaborating with teams of people who can create and be weird together to produce truly inspiring and impactful work.
My philosophy to creating the best set environment is to bring on a team that feels valued, safe, respected, but also that they can have fun and be themselves. I always want my team to walk away feeling like I've created a family that functions like they've been together for years even if they only met that day. I pride myself on building a space that is enjoyable without sacrificing the work at hand.
