Summary
London based Agile UX/UI product designer. Comfortable taking UX or UI focused projects and products. Creating responsive digital experiences for web and app are my day to day activities. As the great Steve Krug once said 'Don't Make Me Think', I have helped build award-winning clutter-free products for household names like Vanquis Bank, Deutsche Bank, Sony Playstation, BT, Southwest Trains, Gatwick Airport, Morrisons and others, whether re-platforming or greenfield. My ideas put the user first.
I have worked the full lifecycle of products with a focus in Agile. Work-shopping and discovery phases through to the UX delivery phases, wireframing and prototyping highly functional UX frameworks and creative user interfaces, that match the needs of both customers and business areas. Being lead UX and the key UX contact for the client, a champion for the user, I advocate user testing, usability testing, end-to-end design experiences and creating slick high-fidelity user-journey mockups built on design systems. Driving complex UX/UI requirements from workshop, to story creation, to release, defining features, interactions, user flows, content and error conditions with the aim to ship beautiful experiences.
Specialising in UCD, having plied my trade recently in FinTech, banking and finance, data visualisation, simple intuitive UJ's, crisp clean UI, Ecommerce, investment industries, machine learning with a dash of AI. Comfortable managing a team or being a team player, a design heavy product designer - always on the lookout out for sites and functionalities that look good and work well and get excited about the prospect of how something looks on mobile or tablet.
