About me
My background consists of a strong knowledge of the planning/creation of diverse content, which has been applied to a varied range of projects ranging from real-world work-based projects and creative ones during college. Working in local government has allowed me to be organised and work in a fast paced environment with a constant flow of different tasks.
I have a strong social media background, an excellent knowledge of content production and a creative mindset when faced with editing videos.
I have confidently worked with audio recording interviews and attaching audio to videos and have gained strong copywriting skills and am competent in writing for digital/web based and print publications.
My role within the Hillingdon Council helped me to understand how to work specifically for B2B projects and work with various Public Sector and Local Authority organisations.
I have always had great interest in art, films and visual content since a young age varying from creating my own art observing videos, photographs, Gifs and even the newly introduced live streams.
Growing up alongside the evolving world of social media, has allowed me to integrate my knowledge of content and apply this to my studies and recent roles, enabling me to produce successful social media posts. In my role held at Hillingdon Council I was responsible for updating and maintaining their Facebook and Twitter pages, scheduling and posting social media posts, ensuring their enhancement with strong visual content to capture the audience whilst creating an engaging as well as informative social presence.
I have a natural talent in photography and video capturing and can tackle any challenge thrown at me. I am confident in the use of cameras and camera equipment and have a natural flair in video shoot direction and creating great photo opportunities.
I also gained valued experience working within the press office where I arranged meetings for new upcoming Public Relation and Communication projects, interviewing and gathering visual content for publications.
