About me
I'm a Boston commercial photographer working across New England and New York. I create editorial and brand photography in places where people are building, researching, teaching, and solving problems—labs, hospitals, factories, campuses, offices, and the field.
My background is in photojournalism, so I approach assignments with curiosity, preparation, and a documentary eye. I work closely with communications teams, agencies, and editors, then stay responsive on set to the people and moments that make a story feel real. The result is clear, honest photography that works across campaigns, editorial features, annual reports, websites, and social channels.
Before returning to Boston, I spent nearly a decade in Cairo covering uprisings, religion, and everyday life across the Middle East and North Africa. I also edited a photojournalism magazine, mentoring photographers and shaping long-form stories. That experience taught me to earn trust quickly, work calmly in complex environments, and deliver cohesive visual narratives—not just individual images.
