This is a high energy one minute promo film for the ADNOC Abu Dhabi Marathon featuring members from senior leadership positions in the country and connections to the royal family.
This is totally unlike anything made in Abu Dhabi before as it's generally quite conservative in it's film making and culture. Most won't believe it was all shot in Abu Dhabi and actually features such VVIPs actually working out in the film.
Shot over four days on Cooke anamorphics and on a RED Epic W, we wanted to create a moody & dark, silhouette styled film that captured the raw energy needed from training to do or be inspired towards competing in a marathon. Smoke played a big part with coloured lights, wet downs and neons. A film makers dream project. We're confident we won't disappoint.
