About me

Having spent the last 3 years as office manager for JLG marketing, I was always most attracted to solving user experience problems that would often crop up when we had to test out new invoicing systems, websites and database systems. I would always ask questions to the developers about how to make things super easy for everyone to use. This drive lead to my promotion to Operations Manager, where I was both made responsible for the logistics of international communication and trade between the company and our international customers and suppliers but also the creative solutions that came with managing our website.

This experience makes me a fantastic intermediary between front end developer teams and the customer, which led me to decide to take formal training in User Experience Design at the UX Design Academy, a course I recently graduated from.

It is my determination to use what I have acquired in a new role in UX and UI to both challenge myself professionally at work and in a more user-focused field that allows me the satisfaction of creating seamless and beautiful user experiences.
