About me

have recently completed a HND in Graphic Design at Staffordshire University before taking employment at Absolute Design and Print in Hanley. During my education I also completed two work experience placements at local, leading design agencies. It was here that I developed a preference for designing for print, rather than for web. Whilst at Absolute Design and Print I was introduced to the technical aspects of printing as well as dealing directly with clients to gain the best possible outcome to the brief.

I am keen to continue my learning and expand on my skills; I believe I have the ability to show initiative and can work well on my own or as part of a team. I consider myself to have good communication skills and be a quick learner.

I am proficient in most industry standard software such as the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) as well as Quark Xpress, Macromedia Freehand, Flash and Dream Weaver.
