I've been working in digital content - and around digital content people - for around 19 years. I've been running Blackad for the last 14 years.

Some call me a web copywriter. Others think of me as a trainer. Almost everyone is bemused by my taste in music and bicycles.

You can ask me to:

1. Find great content writers - for short contracts right through to permanent roles. We test and sift to find the right people, using some very neat tools. We've helped our clients build capacity from scratch, and bolstered teams through crazy periods of activity.

2. Make your content marketing work beautifully with your analytics. So you'll invest more in what works, and less in what doesn't.

3. Write your digital content - I still write for brands such as AXA, Tesco Bank and Tesco, bringing together UX, accessibility, SEO and digital tone of voice.

4. Train your people to write better - usually for digital, but I train people to write traditional copy too.
