I work at the intersection of creative technology, interactive storytelling and themed entertainment, helping to shape guest experiences that are immersive, engaging and technically dependable.

Within Merlin Entertainments Group Marketing, I focus on how we connect with millions of guests across our UK and EU attractions. Using my background in automation and control systems, I help ensure our marketing systems and interactive platforms are not just efficient, but industry-leading. This includes designing and maintaining smart, scalable systems that support personalised experiences and improve operational delivery.

My earlier career was rooted in live entertainment and theme parks, where I delivered a wide range of immersive and interactive experiences. At Alton Towers, I supported major seasonal events like Scarefest and Christmas as well as permanent attractions, working across both the creative and technical sides to bring complex experiences to life for thousands of guests each day.

I'm driven by the practical side of storytelling, where creativity meets delivery. I enjoy working across disciplines and helping teams move ideas from pitch to reality in a way that feels seamless to the audience.
