As Head of Digital, Cornerstone OnDemand, my role is to deliver strategy across Cornerstone and a range of disciplines including (but not limited to) high-level digital visions, digital marketing strategy/operations, Creative and UX processes, web development, social media and growth strategy, campaign planning, digital transformation projects, business analytics and sales enablement/ABM programs. Working closely with Creative, Field Marketing, Marketo, Content and PR teams whilst aligning with the wider sales teams to meet business goals.
I act as a marketing Ideator, implementer, thought-leader and team mentor, organisation builder, and creative marketer. I manage complete digital marketing solutions that establish, extend or transform marketing capabilities into a fully integrated, automated digital marketing competitive advantage. And beyond social and content marketing, I engage across the entire digital spectrum from business cases and analytics to platforms through to UX, customer engagement, acquisition, and retention.
