About me

Born and raised a creative I have a never ending supply of artistic outlets and inspiration. I do not only experiment with illustrative techniques and printmaking, but also photography, canvas painting, sculpture and I sometimes dabble in animation. I am a mixed media artist who's colour pallet is never restricted. My preferred mediums to work in are acrylic or water colours, with graphite, coloured pencils and fine liners. However after mixing these all up to create something unique, I develop and refine my outcomes via Photoshop - bringing both traditional and modern methods together.

I am mostly inspired by the whimsical worlds of the imagination - mythology (especially Greek and Aztec Gods and Goddesses), children stories, fantastical beings (both my own and others creations), and also the intriguing behaviours and experiences of human life here on earth - for example rave culture, mental health and outer space.

My style is expressive of the child within shown through my mark making and a vibrant colour pallet along with many textures and layers. I am very experimental with my work and I do not like to restrict possible outcomes with a solid step by step plan on how to reach the end. I never expect my work to be perfect, but I aim for it to be visually intriguing.
