Recently, at Digitas, I led the data transformation for Visa EU by translating Visa's vision into actionable workstreams and processes, allowing Visa campaigns to be consumer centric, bringing insight and intelligence to the creative process, and being proactive by building an In-flight reporting and optimisation dashboard, which included owned (, Social channel), paid (TV, Radio, Digital, OOH) and earned channels.

Previous to Digitas, I worked with brands to either:

Growing their customer life time value by building up sell and cross sell programmes, setting up hypotheses to define proposition, customer segmentation, type of channels and messaging for O2, Starbucks and ExxonMobil,

Improving customer/new user acquisition ROI either by increasing acquisition rate or reducing cost of acquisition by testing different scenarios and predictive modelling for American Express and Institute of Directors and Voyages-sncf

Developing retention and referral programs for Voyages-sncf, General d'optique and O2

And supporting brand led objectives by increasing user stickiness and frequency of visits on owned digital ecosystem Axe/Lynx, Sony Pro and Nicorette.

During these roles I have worked on brand level marketing, as well as full lifecycle marketing (acquisition to retention) to achieve strategic KPIs, across all product categories and territories. I have built and managed several teams, and I'm used to working with peers and clients remotely in different time zones.
