About me

Greetings,

I have dreamt for a long time to travel the world, and I have always thought it would be wonderful to work and to live in the UK. I graduated as a diploma designer in July 2006 from the Anhalt University of Applied Science in Dessau, Germany, on the site of the former Bauhaus school founded by Walter Gropius. The school now embodies the same ideals, continuing the "design and do" of previous generations. My work experience, like my education, is quite varied. I began work in an agency for a year before studying to try my hand in design, where I discovered my passion. Throughout school, I also worked for many companies, which further informed my projects and design sophistication. I worked on projects ranging from poster design to interior designs to intranet networking.

I have also partaken in workshops and competitions all around the world from Germany through China, namely participating in the Fulbright Program where in 2004, two colleagues and I won 2nd place overall in an international poster competition.

I have many computer and language skills and I also bring to the table an attention to detail and precision strong within German design and quality. Finally, I bring a new perspective of wanting to learn while also offering a worldly, fresh point of view to design problems which would make for an interesting and fun workplace, mixture of ideas and influences, and quality in finished products.

I thank you very much for your consideration.
