I don't like writing about myself as I tend to go down several different tangents however I am going to give it a go...
Once I moved to Manchester after finishing my degree of Graphic Design from the University of Cumbria, I attended a variety of Interviews in which to get into a design studio, each one I learnt a lot and it helped me move onto the next, the feedback that was common was that I needed more experience. This always confused me as how was I supposed to gain this experience if no studio would allow me to work - I even offered to work on several projects for free to gain this experience, however no such luck.
This then drove me to go at it on my own as a Freelance Graphic Designer, I practise my skill and craft in design on a daily basis - I can be critical on my own work however I believe this pushes me to create the best. I love trying any new trend or application - my new love is my Apple iPad Air 2 in which Procreate and Paper 53 are used on a day to day basis and added to my equipment is the 53 Pencil that has excelled my hand rendered Typography passion.
