Video Editor - Cover Letter
I've worked as a self shooting director, camera operator, editor and colour grader in a freelance practice for the past 4 years.
My main software skill set lies with the adobe suite, however I have been known to adapt quickly to use the Final Cut system (10), Davinci Resolve and have also completed work on the Avid system.
I've demonstrated an ability to be creative for a company's marketing campaign, to see through the vision that of the clients, whilst executing the task with the skills of a producer, remaining extremely organised and leasing with clients with ease.
As a camera operator, I've worked on a variety of shoots, including Sir Michael Parkinson's production and also Jamie Oliver's Food Tube using a huge variety of cameras, from the
Alexa, sony F5, red Scarlet, all the way down to the DSLR systems which I own and can use on shoots if required.
