About me

I completed my Honours Degree in Graphic Design at the University of

Teesside. Whilst there, I won several design competitions with my work being placed on display in two galleries. Since leaving university I have worked

freelance for businesses and individuals producing, web sites, identities

and multimedia projects. I also have Experience in the industry as a

graphic designer, creating magazines, leaflets and adverts for various

businesses across the North West.

During my study at university and after completion of my degree I have

worked in various call centres. The roles undertaken covered customer

service, technical support and debt collection. Through the training and

working the jobs themselves the main skills that I have improved upon are

communication, negotiation and problem solving.
