In an industry that moves fast and forgets faster, staying matters.

Big ideas don't always need big systems.

Sometimes, they just need someone who stays.

The youngest local CCO, once.

Now, he is making space for young ones.

To step up. To take risks. To define what's next.

Because the future isn't something you hold.

It's something you hand over.

Under his watch, HAVAS China won its first Cannes Lions Gold.

And a new generation won their first Cannes YOUNG Lions Gold.

He pushed Chinese creativity outward.

To compete. To be seen. To be recognized.

He once said advertising is like a relationship.

Over time, it becomes a marriage.

However, if he ever writes a book, it won't be about creativity.

It'll be about how to quickly, simply, and brutally resolve conflicts in a home with three kids and a cat.
