I am an experienced writer, marketing professional and journalist passionate about narrative storytelling. My passion for writing started at an early age, having grown up with books, comics and video games as a means of gaining inspiration. I have written several short films and sketches and a play directed (by me) for a local theatre company.
My skills lie in creative writing, PR, digital content, research and teamwork. I have extensive knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and screenwriting software, with particular emphasis on Final Draft.

I have a keen interest in film noir and storytelling. With the recent COVID-19 pandemic, I was able to read more classic literature, such as the works of Flannery O'Connor, Jean Hanff Korelitz, Vladimir Nabokov, Raymond Chandler, George Orwell and Fyodor Dostoevsky. I am proficient in FinalDraft, a screenwriting software, and I also use the "Story Circle" technique for writing.
I enjoy watching films, specifically the films of David Lynch, Martin Scorsese, Ridley Scott, Denis Villeneuve, Christopher Nolan and Stanley Kubrick. I also have a keen interest in screenwriting and filmmaking and recently completed my first short film called The Black, which I wrote, directed, financed, produced and part-edited.
