Please find my CV attached for the role of Client Relationship Manager.
I have worked in advertising agencies for over 10 years, and I am a highly experienced and professional account/project director with extensive strategic and delivery experience of all elements of marketing and communications (branding, events, print, digital/web, video) as well as client development, including senior stakeholder and business management.
My experience has been gained from working with and managing large blue chip international clients, such as BP, EDF Energy, HSBC, ABN AMRO and Lloyd's of London, helping them to put together communication and attractions strategies enabling them to attract, recruit, engage with and retain the very best talent available.
I have a very strong project management background and am experienced at delivering against conflicting priorities and managing multiple deadlines. I have proven problem solving skills whilst maintaining my focus on delivering excellent customer service by building and developing long term relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
I am a strong people manager and leader with excellent commercial acumen, who has a proven track record of leading, managing and developing teams and clients and maximising revenue opportunities.
