Personal Profile:
My experience at Middlesex University has helped me broaden myself as an animator and filmmaker both artistically and technically. I cooperate well in a team, working on a project for Red Bee Media and TV Licensing UK, the team and I created a piece of work to a high standard and finished meeting a strict deadline. After completing university, I have gone on to submit my graduation film (Boiled Up) to several film festivals. My film premiered at Framestore studios on the 29th September 2016 and won the creative risk award.
Technical Skills:
I have knowledge in all Adobe software, including After Effects, Premier Pro, Photoshop, and Flash. I also having an understanding in 3D modelling and animation software such as 3DS Max and Cinema 4D. I am proficient with film language, I am able to read and create animatics and storyboards, my drawing skills draw influence's from observations as well as draftsman technics. Creating films has informed my editing skills, I have good judgement of timing and how a film should be cut. Filmmaking has developed my animation skills in which I can display accuracy and the ability to show emotion through character performance. Through previous projects I have developed expertise as a compositor. I have been able to compile or crossover different styles of film and animation whether it be live-action, stop-motion, 2D and 3D animation.
