About me
A highly motivated and ambitious Designer, Basmah joined the London 2012 Ceremonies team in March 2012 working with the design department on the London Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the Olympic and Paralympic Games. She has worked alongside Designers such as Mark Tildesley, Es Devlin, Jon Bausor and Misty Buckley assisting and delivering creative design solutions for stage and set.
Basmah holds a BA Hons degree in Industrial Design and Technology from Loughborough University and has recently completed her MA Interior Design at the University of the Creative Arts, Farnham.
She is keen to work within a design studio or art department. Confident at hand sketching concepts, interior design, product design, prop design, costume design, model making and proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign and AutoCAD.
