Welbeck and their partners came together to create a holistic approach to tackling the housing issues across the United Kingdom. Their vision was to create a new dawn for housing and community development. A sustainable alternative to traditional 'bolt-on to existing towns and villages' expansion, integrating homes, jobs, nature, education, leisure, and local food production. They needed a brand to help them win the hearts and minds of many audiences and stakeholders. Part of the brand included conceptual and infographic styles of illustration to help tell the story.
