About me

Hi There, I've over 23 years experience as an Editor, much of it in documentary and current affairs.

From 2006 I spent 5 years working in Iraq on 'Special Projects'. We created short docs for broadcast on national channels. The subject matter varied from current affairs and news to human interest.

After this contract ended, Qatar was my next stop where I was an editor on 'Doha Heroes', an Ob Doc following the Qatari Fire Service.

Following that I spent a couple of years 'permalance' at Discovery, mainly involved in the complete repackaging of existing shows such as 'Gold Rush', and creating 'Best ofs'. I also worked on compliance and re-versioning edits.

Prior to the release of 'The Force Awakens' I completed 'The Definitive History of Star Wars' for Channel 5. A behind the scenes look at how a multi-billion pound movie franchise came to be.

I've worked at ITN on news, on 'Up Late with Rylan' cutting VTs and promos as a re-versioning editor at Scripps Network for the Food Channel and the Travel Network.

Most recently I worked on 'World War II: Witness to War' and 'Undercover Asia', a documentary highlighting the radicalization of Jihads in Indonesian prisons.

In-between my work has included documentaries for Al Jazeera, North One, commercials, corporates, promos and online content.
