My name is Vitaly Bagov. I have over 15 years of experience in creative direction and art direction across branding, UI/UX, and product design. I specialize in generating strong creative ideas and leading their execution, ensuring that every concept is compelling, strategic, and visually impactful. I approach projects with a balance of creativity, vision, and business insight.

Throughout my career, I have collaborated with leading international agencies, including BBDO, VMLY&R, and McCann, working on projects for both global brands and startups. This experience has given me deep insight into how creative direction shapes perception, engagement, and long-term brand value across diverse markets.

I have extensive experience leading multidisciplinary teams and structuring workflows to ensure seamless collaboration between departments and with clients. My approach fosters open communication, shared ownership, and alignment, allowing creative ideas to thrive and translate into measurable results.

I actively integrate AI tools into my work, leveraging them to generate visual content, concepts, and video, accelerating the creative process while maintaining high artistic quality. My process combines research, analysis, and strategic thinking to ensure that each idea is relevant, innovative, and effective.

I hold 6 years of professional education from the Russian Institute of Design and Advertising, have received multiple international awards, participated in the Cannes Lions, and served as a juror in design competitions.
