About me

A Portal To Jump Through (AP2JT) is an ongoing audio/visual project led by Sound Designer, Composer & RBMA Alumni Ava Leoncavallo (named musical prodigy by i-D magazine). The project has circuited throughout fashion, art and advertisement, providing original scores for film, runway, galleries, magazines and global ads. Experimental by nature, the project is more of a laboratory exploring the alchemy of sound - embracing the versatile range of contexts in which sound exists, and interrogating the concept of how music can become a mechanism of aesthetic transport: A Portal To Jump Through.
