Those who know me are aware I am passionate about customer service with delivery at pace. Striving for excellent results each time for both our Store teams and Boots Porfolio. If I had to rewrite my career path I can honestly say I would be delighted to come into this role again as the satisfaction gained from supporting others in times of need are so rewarding . My goal is to strive to create a low reactive call out rate by preventitive maintenance and working closly with our Capital team to deliver on future programmes to support my targets within my role.
As for my personal live outside my 24/7 ethos I enjoy building and preparing MK1 and MK2 Escorts with the end results being able to rally them throughout the country....again good preperation makes you a winner.
