About me

. I started my career ten years ago gaining invaluable experience with design agencies Turner Duckworth and Futurebrand. My fascination for fashion made me settle for a position as a designer and art director.

I spent my first year assisting experienced art directors in order to gain the knowledge, confidence and the necessary eye for art direction. I learned to create inspiring fashion photographs for the customers while driving sales.

Throughout the years I have progressed to become a very strong conceptual art director, exploring my style and creativity further as a freelance art director for various fashion magazines.

I later got promoted to creative team leader and got the opportunity to transfer my skills and passion to other junior designers. I always found that inspiring others to produce great work to be highly rewarding.

This role gave me the chance to develop skills in organisation, communication and time management. I believe that my areas of strength include typography, an eye for detail and layout design.

Three years ago I decided to go freelance to expand and further my career. I have developed a strong client list, offering services from art direction to design across a wide range of disciplines. This has allowed me to develop commercial and marketing awareness while gaining more experience in pitching, concepts and production of creative projects all the way to the final product. Being able to satisfy my clients and being partly responsible for their growing success has been the best reward of my career so far.

Working with numerous clients has broadened my knowledge of design within the fashion industry. I have worked on various sized projects across a wide range of platforms including print, web, social media, moving image and TV under tight deadlines.
