About me

Ashraf Meer ("Ash") is a senior creative with broad experience in motion design and visual storytelling. For the last 9 years, he has worked as a creative lead on projects for broadcast, commercials, live events and experience design. His clients and collaborators include agencies, design companies, directors and filmmakers.

Trained at Temple University's MFA program, Ash started in the industry as an assistant editor and within two years was a senior visual effects artist at Spontaneous.
In 1998, he joined Star TV, Asia's largest satellite broadcaster, where he designed the launch broadcast package for China's first all-movie channel, Phoenix Movies, and creative directed the launch of the first StarTV website. Since 2000, Ash has worked as an art director, designer, animator and visual effects artist for commercial and broadcast clients in Europe, Asia, and the US. Ash is an excellent communicator who has written scripts, voice overs, director's treatments and pitches.
