I am Freelance Graphic Designer with Product Management experience. I was previously working with BANDAI NAMCO Amusement Europe Ltd. as a Graphics and Product Design Consultant, where I was formally the Creative & Product Development Manager for 10 years.

My role here was to aid and mentor my predecessor on sourcing, design and development of new products such as soft toys, gifts and premiums.

Oversee control of Licensed goods including; approval process, Manufacturing User Agreements, adhering to social ethics compliance, sampling and reviewing royalty reports.

Liaise with suppliers to finalise quotes and products, including finding new suppliers to ensure pricing is competitive.

Oversee production process to ensure goods are produced accordingly as ordered and on time/schedule and ensure all goods adhere to the local safety standards where the goods will be sold.

Design and develop packaging or labelling for the products developed where necessary, and produce marketing materials as required for the various departments in the company including brochures, fliers, decals, banners and advertisements.

I have had the privilege to work with Licensors/Brands such as Warner Bros. (DC Comics, Scooby-Doo), Hasbro (My Little Pony), Copyrights (Paddington Bear), DreamWorks, Aardman Animations (Shaun the Sheep), Turner/Cartoon Network and BANDAI NAMCO (PAC-MAN). I enjoy working brands and producing consumer goods from start to finish and appreciating the journey of the design process to end result.
